About
The firm
DLBreuil Global Capital Singapore Private Limited is a holding company engaged in financial activities. Its primary role is to raise capital and to direct financial investment into the companies of its group. In a secondary capacity, the firm provides management and strategic consultancy to the group and to selected strategic partners.
Our approach is restrained and evidence-led. We prefer to understand a situation fully, to coordinate the right professional advisers, and to proceed with care, rather than to promise outcomes we cannot stand behind.

Executive Chairman
Denis Breuil
Denis Breuil founded DLBreuil Global Capital after a career in international banking. During the 1990s he held treasury positions at major European banks, including Dresdner Bank and Société Générale, and later served as chief executive of an investment bank in Abu Dhabi.
Trained as an engineer before embarking on finance, he established the firm to bring that institutional discipline, applied personally and at close quarters, to enterprises working across Europe, the Gulf and Asia.
He holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Financial Markets.
Jaimes Chao is Chief Executive Officer and a director of DLBreuil Global Capital. He has spent twenty-eight years in banking and investment research, across private banking, equity research, and consumer and SME banking. Working alongside the Executive Chairman, he is responsible for the firm's day-to-day management in Singapore and for coordinating the group's companies and professional advisers. He is an alumnus of the National University of Singapore.
Vassilya-Igor Muck Herrmann is Business Director at DLBreuil Global Capital, working between Dubai and Singapore. He brings ten years of experience in client relationships and portfolio development across investors, family offices and institutions in the Gulf, Europe and Asia. He was previously an investment manager at a British Virgin Islands manager and, earlier, a senior account and partnership specialist at American Express in France and the United Kingdom. His practice is compliance-first, grounded in KYC and AML, sanctions screening and due diligence. He holds a Master in Business Law from the Université Panthéon, Paris, and is bilingual in English and French.
